Some pain, still gains! This episode was requested by a listener and athlete inside of Adina’s strength training membership.

She reached out to share that she has been doing the work:

Showing up consistently for workouts

…and still she has been dealing with some aches and gain pain that has held her back from progressing in her training the way she’d like.
